Junaid Nasir, M.D.
Junaid Nasir, M.D., finished his Medical Doctor Degree at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Columbia University Harlem Hospital Center, New York, NY. He has fellowships in Nephrology at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY and Sleep Medicine at University at Buffalo.
Dr. Nasir focuses on a multi-dimensional approach to patient care. He believes that physicians should treat patients beyond their diseases and attend to their emotional needs and psychological stresses that come along with their illnesses.
Dr. Nasir strives for excellence in his medical career. He resorts to the highest level of medical practices and promotes open communication with his patients. He considers patients' concerns and addresses them; to ensure that patients are getting the best care.

Kunal Buch, M.D.
Dr. Kunal Buch, M.D., has over 8 years of experience in the field of medicine. Upon completion of internal medicine residency from New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Queens, NY, he worked as an Academic Hospitalist at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in North Carolina, followed by Nephrology Fellowship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.
Dr. Buch is very passionate about providing exceptional quality care to all his patients and has a special interest in the management of chronic kidney disease, renal transplantation, and various forms of dialysis. His research work from the fellowship focused on access-related issues in hemodialysis patients and, he looks forward to serving the nephrology needs of the community with his expertise and knowledge.
Ivan Claudio-Gonzalez, M.D.
Ivan Claudio-Gonzalez, M.D., completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Puerto Rico and attended UNIBE School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his internal medicine residency at Damas Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and finished his nephrology fellowship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. During his fellowship, Dr. Claudio rotated in diversified hospitals that prepared him to handle complex clinical scenarios.
Dr. Claudio proudly practices in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in kidney diseases and hypertension. His interests also include diabetic renal disease, glomerular diseases, health disparities. He is also passionate about therapies for prevention and delaying the progression of kidney disease.
Moti Samaki, M.D.
Moti Samaki, M.D., currently practices in our Stone Mountain, Georgia office, specializing in kidney disease and hypertension. She obtained her degree in medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Victor Babes, Romania. She completed her residency program at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport, Connecticut, and her fellowship in Nephrology at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Samaki believes that patients should be active participants in their health and well-being. By educating the patient on all aspects of the disease process and treatment options, the patient and physician can work effectively in achieving the primary goal of healthy living. She prides herself on being able to deliver individualized healthcare by being engaged to the individual needs of the patient.
